Jeff Shelley and Marisa Calabrese are a husband and wife team who have been dancing together for more than 15 years.  Jeff and Marisa bring their extensive experience and wealth of knowledge in the dance world to M & J Ballroom Dance Studio.

Jeff opened his first dance studio, "New York Hustle," along with his brother Jack in 1971. For many years, he danced on a television show called, "The Soap Factory," he has produced a instructional dance record series called "Do the Hustle," and has danced with well known members of the dance industry.

Marisa is passionate about dance and dance instruction. She has a classic and patient approach, teaching a variety of styles of dance, as well as students of all ages and levels of experience.

Jeff has choreographed many Wedding Dance routines including a couples first dance, father/daughter dances, mother/son dances and wedding party routines.
